Improvement works

Last year, ABP committed to a multi million pound investment in Town Quay to improve the marina, offices and public realm.

The improvement works commenced in January and will take form in 3 phases.

Phase 1: Marina Facilities - Completed April 2011

Phase 2: External road and path areas - Completed April 2011

Phase 3: Improvements to all internal communal areas has now started.
